1:1 Sessions

 Everybody is unique and as such each 1 on 1 program is designed for you exactly as you are. A breath and embodiment practice designed around your specific desires and goals on a physical, emotional and energetic level. Available in person in Naarm/ Melbourne, or in the comfort of your own home online via Zoom or recordings to access in your own time. All sessions will be recorded for you to have for a further 8 weeks to continue your embodiment practice.

After an initial consultation on the phone or video call to introduce myself and discuss your specific needs, goals and desires. Your program is developed with a possible combination of Pranayama Breathwork, Somatics, Gentle movement, Mantra and Mudra.  


Sessions/ Breathwork can be beneficial for:

  • Improved sleep and rest

  • Digestions issues

  • Street and anxiety

  • Improve mental clarity and focus

  • Regulating the nervous system 

  • Completing the stress cycle

  • Improve energy levels

I'm generally always on the go and find it hard to switch off. Mum-life, wife-life, work-life, Desi-life doesn't leave much room for quiet moments. I have to do lists running through my mind, in my phone and in notebooks.

When I saw 1 : 1 sessions pop up on Insta I thought it couldn't hurt to give it a go. Jane's voice and her step by step instructions that were customised to my needs were so clear and calm they were able to break through my life noise and taught me techniques to relax my body and mind. 

It was so effective that it has become second nature to me now. I only wished I tried her program sooner! Thanks Jane for restoring my sleep.
