An opportunity to work with the lunar cycle to enrich the way we live, setting a grounding foundation to navigate the lunar cycle ahead.


A beautiful process of coming to sit in online circle at the Dark/ New moon portal.

Through Ritual, Pranayama Breathwork, Somatics, Dance, Gentle Movement, Journaling, Art Therapy and Meditation we shift stagnant energy and

limiting beliefs to invite in a new way of thinking and being.
