I had the pleasure of doing a four week breathwork course with Jane. I struggle with emotional regulation, stress and tension. I found that Jane’s early morning breath work sessions not only woke me up in an extremely pleasant way, but also decreased my stress levels. After each session I felt energetic, positive and much more relaxed to start my day. Jane’s teachings also taught me how to regulate my emotions/stress throughout the day with the use of a variety of practices. I would 100% continue to do breath work with Jane and recommend her classes to anyone else.
