Her guidance suits all levels of experience in this space and leaves you feeling a mixture of grounded, connected and energised. I leave every session knowing I’ve just done something good for my soul!

I had the pleasure of breathing with Jane for two complete moon cycles in a combination of daytime and night time breathing. The chance to set time aside and focus on breathing and be guided by Jane was wonderful. To realise the power of breathing and even a good sigh was a revelation and her amazing calm, inviting and non-judgemental space was exactly the place to feel my way through. It assisted greatly with drifting off to sleep at night and still now I use it to clear airways and calm a racing mind. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of doing a four week breathwork course with Jane. I struggle with emotional regulation, stress and tension. I found that Jane’s early morning breath work sessions not only woke me up in an extremely pleasant way, but also decreased my stress levels. After each session I felt energetic, positive and much more relaxed to start my day. Jane’s teachings also taught me how to regulate my emotions/stress throughout the day with the use of a variety of practices. I would 100% continue to do breath work with Jane and recommend her classes to anyone else.
