Weekly Embodied Yoga Classes

We gather to move our bodies from a place of enquiry and curiosity.
Classes are a mix of Yoga Asana, Somatic Movement and Pranayama Breathwork, there may also be some Mantra and Mudra.
With a Trauma Sensitive approach there will be options for different ways to move your body.
You will be encouraged to take up space and participate in a way that feels best for you.
Classes start with a grounding practice, gently warm up and intentional movement , breathwork (pranayama) throughout
finishing with mediation, savasana, supported rest

There is room for your bike inside the studio along the right side of the first room
There are not steps to access the building
We are in the back studio, which has 1 step
Gender neutral bathrooms have 1 step to access them
