As we embrace the morning sunrise we move with ease and a sense of calm to bring gentle vitality.

Explore breathing techniques to bring more ease to your breath, body and mind. 

Sessions are accessible to all bodies and levels of experience.

The sessions are a possible combination of Pranayama Breathwork, Somatics, Gentle movement, Mantra and Mudra. 

All techniques can be used throughout your day to reduce stress and balance your nervous system, giving you greater autonomy

over the way you experience the stress and challenges of everyday


For those who:

  • Would like to develop a personal practice

  • Interested in yoga beyond asana

  • Have a shallow natural breath

  • Would like more ease in their breath
