Welcome to the full moon

As the Full moon is a time of expansive energy we have two sessions:

Morning Breathwork Practice 

And

Evening Full Moon Ritual & Embodiment Practice.

Full Moon Breathwork Morning practice

For this session you will need:

  • Quiet place around the size of a yoga mat 

  • Warm cup of tea or glass of water

  • Cushion, block, bolster or folded towel to sit on (you may choose to lay down though)

  • Candle and lighter/ matches

  • Tissues

  • Blanket

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will be doing a dynamic breath practise called BREATH OF FIRE. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant this breath is not for you. DO NOT DO this breath.

This breath can also be uncomfortable if you are menstruating. 

While unlikely it may aggravate some health issues such as hypertension,heart disease or those who suffer from stroke or seizure disorders. The practice may also help these conditions so please listen to your body, move slowly, move with kindness. 

Use caution if you have acid reflux or gastric issues or suffer vertigo. 

The Alternative breath if any of the above applies to you is the 3 part breath we do at the start of the session, and have done together in previous sessions.


Full Moon Evening Ritual & Embodiment Practice

For this session you will need:

  • Quiet place around the size of a yoga mat (There will be times where you are invited to play music so if this can be turned up to a reasonable level without concern this is ideal)

  • Warm cup of tea or glass of water

  • Cushion, block, bolster or folded towel to sit on (you may choose to lay down though)

  • Candle and lighter/ matches

  • Tissues

  • Blanket

  • Mood lighting

  • Heat proof bowl

  • Sage or Palo Santo

  • Any Crystals you may have (no need to purchase any)

  • Journal/ Paper and pen
